I took it to the local GMC dealer. They said it wasn’t a head or wiring issue but they found a bulletin suggesting to replace the 2020 antenna with the 2019 model antenna which is supposed to get better reception. Given the other infotainment system issues I’ve had with this vehicle and their not being any reasonable explanation, I declined to move forward with the $400+ charges. This infotainment system GMC has is total junk! The radio won’t even tune into any local radio stations while I’m driving. It just cycles through without stopping.
