Bought this 2017 Acadia Denali new - it has every option, including the extra cost option "Continually Variable Dampening System". Within a week after buying the vehicle, drove 800 miles to Houston and immediately experienced continuous body roll. In Houston, took vehicle to Wiesner Buick GMC in Conroe. They kept vehicle overnight, then reported that "everything was normal"..........they claimed they couldn't detect any body roll.
Drove the "wandering/rolling" vehicle back home to St. Louis Metro area. Took it back to selling dealer, who twice kept the car, then arranged to have GMC factory engineers inspect the car. The GMC reps never showed up, but declared the car "normal" after seeing the dealers inspection reports.
Took car in for a front-end alignment and had settings changed to maximum limits of normal alignment settings, and car improved somewhat.........but still had noticeably body roll.
Within 10,000 miles, the roll increased.........again tried alignment......but no improvement.
Contacted GMC corporate about issue, and they declared the car normal...........suspect they "flagged" my VIN, because when I took the car the largest GMC/Buick dealer in southern Illinois, they refused to accept the car in their service area.
Now have 30,000 miles on vehicle and have all service (including warranty work) done by a local Chevrolet dealer.
Really suspect something wrong with the computer that controls the Continually Variable Dampening System, but can't prove it,and no GMC dealer will "touch" the car.
Suggest all stay away from the Continually Variable Dampening System option if you're considering GMC.
