Three times in last three months my 2017 Acadia braked on it's own when a level grate was detected in roadway. I'm putting GMC on notice that if I get rear ended due to this bad technology I will definitely hire legal counsel. I've been lucky so far but have to brace myself everytime Auto braking engages itself to prepare for a possible rear collision. So annoying....will have dealer put on notice at next service visit.
