This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
When you turn traction control on the entire car shakes. Windshield wiper fluid will not come out. Passenger window will not roll up from driver control. Tire pressure monitor system has been out for time. This car is not that old for it to have all these issues
While driving in heavy rains, the passenger's side windshield wiper stopped working on my 2015 GMC Acadia denali. The driver's side so far is still working. This occurred at the worst possible time in my area of Massachusetts. We were experiencing heavy downpours and rain due to the remnants of hurricane florence. I contacted the GMC dealer, the associate advised it was not covered. I feel this is an extremely dangerous failure of safety on a vehicle that is only 3 years old. My visibility was diminished and luckily I was close to home. I did not feel safe driving because I didn't know when or if the other wiper would fail. I brought the vehicle to be serviced today.
