I replaced the relays, ballasts and light bulbs did not fix. I have all my lights except the headlamps. I took it to local GMC dealership. They had it for a week and charged me 604 dollars and did not fix it. They could not tell me what is wrong with it. I am very disappointed with their service. I did contact GMC and they gave me a $100.00 Credit to use for mechanical repairs at any GMC dealer. I am very dissatisfied with GMC at this time. I should have got myself a Toyota instead .
About 3 weeks ago, both of my headlights went out at the same time. I took it to the dealer, They were going to charge me $150 JUST to look at it. They said if was the light bulbs, it would be $77 each just to install them. I think that's a bit outrageous to charge and replace some headlights, IF that's the issue. I told them i thought it was strange and unusual for both of my headlights to go out at the same time. I think this is a manufactures defect. They couldn't even tell me if this would be covered under my extended warranty, if it wasn't the headlights. I see that i'm not the only one having this issue. GM i thinks this needs to be checked into. I'm a very dissatisfied customer. I've purchased four brand new vehicles from GM in the last 17 years. I won't purchase another one.
