Dealer fixed and replaced part but while they were fixing the part the body tech used a screw driver to pry out the part, (really smart), well to say that was stupid that is a understatement. To say the least I did not see the gouge that was left on the painted bumper until I was home and lifted the gate. So I had to go back to the dealership and have them repair the and repaint the whole bumper. They were very nice about the repair and giving me a loner to take but that was the issue. The body tech thought I was blind or stupid, I know people make mistakes but if he would have owned up to it, it would not have made such and issue.
