There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or independent mechanic. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 126,000.
Rear door lock automatically locks when vehicle is placed in drive or locked via key pad. When attempting to unlock the rear door lock does not unlock and can not be opened from inside or outside of the vehicle.
