The fourth year, fourth time the AC blows warm. GMC tries to tell us the system has failed because the rear blower is making noise when running, but it's blowing just fine. They also want to replace the rear evaporator again for the price of $1500!!!! We take it to an independent repair shop that finds it only has 11oz of R134a in the system (it should have 40oz). They flush and charge it and add UV dye so we can actually find where the leak is (and now it's blowing cold again). So while it's not completely repaired, it will probably last another year and hopefully the UV dye will show where the actual issue is rather than GMC overcharging us for something that probably won't even solve the actual problem.
Update from May 13, 2018: On top of this, when following up with GMC on their Facebook page, they literally try to scare me away from using an independent repair shop by saying it may void my warranty. If that isn't illegal, it sure is about as close as possible to violating the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Here is the actual message they sent me:
"Though we do understand where you are coming from, please know that we do not advise having your vehicle serviced at a third party dealer, as GM does not endorse nor work alongside third party, non-GM service centers. Having work done by a third party may void your vehicle warranty for that component.
If we can be of assistance in the future please let us know.
Timothy H."
