I live in the Chicagoland area so anyone who lives in or has even visited the area during the winter months knows that heat is a MUST!!! I bought this car brand new and have had nothing but problems with the heat. To make matters worse the dealership won't do anything about it unless I'm able to get it to them while it's doing it, and half the time it happens they're closed so I CAN'T take it to them!!!
