When I talked to the GMC rep, she was not very friendly all she would say was that the quality of cars are not what they used to be and she wasn't going to do anything about it. Remind you this is a $40,000 car and she never even saw my car. I asked her to get in touch with the plant/mfg about this problem and she wouldn't even do that. I went back to GMC customer service and requested another person higher up and also again for someone to get in touch with the plant. I was told no that they were going along with her decision. I paid for leather seats and I don't think I got real leather, my previous GMC Yukon was ten years old and had over 200,000 miles and those seats looked newer and better than this car. These decision are being made by someone sating at a desk reading car manuals - that doesn't mean they know cars - I actually doubt they have ever worked on a car!!
