My wife was driving our 2009 Acadia, on a windy road when the driveshaft came free from the transmission.
Fortunately she was able to get off the road without incident, and get it towed to our dealer.
GMC NEEDS to put out an advisory to have any Acadia's inspected for loose/failing bolts, there are enough incidents to warrant it!
