2 holes are drilled into the frame of the car by the sunroof. Water has been slowly leaking through those holes and settling in parts of the car including the wiring harnesses. The water in the wiring harness caused my amplifier to blow. To repair the water leak it will cost $400+ (and $100 for them to "diagnose"), then amplifier repair will be another $850.
Not my fault that they drilled holes into the car and created this problem. However, they are offering no cost assistance at all because my "car has 80,000 miles". This is about the 16th time I've been in service with this vehicle. Parts have fallen off, at least 5 recalls and my sense of security for the safety of my family is gone. Oh, and my power steering goes out in the rain. No fix for that according to service. What?! And my stabilitrak service brake system light is on again. Just a constant issue with this car.
