We bought our 2008 in november of 2012. Air conditioner was making noise as soon as we bought it. We carried it to dealer they said they could hear it. They said bring it back and when we did they no longer could hear it. Now in March it does not even work. I didn't run it through winter so just now realize it and they are off scott free.
