Interior lights flicker on and off, sometimes stay on. Sometimes it stops for a week, and sometimes it flickers nonstop!

The instrument panel gauges started jumping all over and I could not determine my speed, gas amount or any other data from the instruments. This happened at 37,000 miles and I had to pay $500 to have a new instrument cluster panel installed.
