This vehicle was from MA and had been outfitted for handicap transport. The floor was dropped a few inches and the automated door extension was attached to the area around the wheel-well. The door will no longer open and close because of the rusted out parts. No body shop will fix it. Ford refuses to do anything (even if I pay for it) and the door/ramp cannot be made operational. I will have to leave the door open and use the ramp as a partial door in order to transport my wheel-chair bound husband to doctors. I have owned several Fords, but will NEVER buy another.
