This 2003 Ford Windstar has rust in the rear end from right to left sides in the frame, in the body. It let the rear end come apart , from the body frame. Now I'm told no one can fix this van for me. I'm handicapped, and in a wheel chair, this is a wheel chair ramp van.
I love this van. I want Ford to fix this problem. I think a Van rusting out at the mileage of 66,000 miles is a crock and this van should not ever have rusted at all. What kind of work is Ford putting out? I would not have had any problem like this if I bought a Chevy. If I did have they would have fixed this problem for me.
I'm taking this to the News team to a lot of Channels on TV to make sure I get this van fixed. I think the car lot that sold me this should go to prison for taking advantage of a man in a wheel chair. This is so stupid. Why is it that Ford will not stand behind their work?
Like I said I love this van until this happen. Please help me get this fixed. Please! I'm very upset with Ford because they keep blowing me off.
