I FEEL THAT A VEHICLE WITH ONLY 40,000 MILES THAT IS GARAGE KEEP AND IS MAINTAINED WELL SHOULD NOR BE RUSTING. I HAVE NOTICED THAT ALL THE FORD WINDSTARS THAT I HAVE SEEN IN THE PARKING LOTS ARE DOING THE SAME THING AND FEEL THAT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOORS AND PANEL BELOW THE GAS TANK SHOULD HAVE HAD BETTER DRAINAGE HOLES TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING. I HAVE BEEN A FORD OWNER FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND I DON'T THINK MY NEXT PURCHASE WILL BE A FORD IF IT IS GOING TO RUST OUT.
