when they plug a scanner into the plug under the dash the scanner does not come on and when they turn the scanner on manually it still does not read the computer. i have heard everything under the sun on what could be wrong but no answers and the bad thing is my engine light is on and the van is running rough and i cant scan the damn thing to figure it out.
