My husband and I purchased this vehicle Monday, February 25th 2018. It ran good and seemed to be a good van other than some noises while turning, so we replaced the power steering pump and pressure hose. After the repairs it ran fine.
On March 2nd 2018 my sister called me to come get my daughter who was staying the night with her cousin but wanted to go home. The drive there was fine, the driver back was fine. I pulled up to my house, put it in reverse to back it in and it caught in fire from below!!! The van locked up and filled with smoke with my 5 year old strapped in the back seat. I jumped out of the van and by this time flames were over the hood. I ran around to get my baby out and the van locked up again! I had to run back around unlock it from the drivers side crawl back to knuckle her and pull her out! Ran inside to wake my husband and call 911. By the time the fire department got there the van was gone. I'm scared to drive my daughter is scared to get in a vehicle. We have about 25,000 dollars in losses.
