I have never under any circumstance gotten more than 16.1 mpg. It is usally closer to 15 mpg. Seems to me like something isn't working right.

It does not matter if I am driving in the city or on the freeway the millage is the same - poor at best. Usually under 15 miles to the gallon most of the time 13-14 mpg.
