We bought the 2000 Ford Windstar in 2001. While still on the warranty, we took it back because the sliding doors didn't always work. They wouldn't acknowledge that there was a problem. They wouldn't let me be present when they checked it out. It has never been fixed.
Sometimes they won't open; sometimes they won't close. If there was an accident and they don't open it could be horrible. Now it's 2014 and we're still struggling with the doors.
