Consumer was backing up while going 5mph. Then, vehicle back ended, hitting an "L" shape pole. Tailgate window shaterred. Tailgate was hit right below the window when it shattered. Manufacturer didn't refer consumer to dealer.
While traveling 35 mph heard a loud bang. Rear passenger's side glass on cargo door had shattered. Corners of window were broken off. Window was still intact. Contacted dealership, and informed by mechanic that problem was normal.
Was traveling about 45mph on highway and there was a knocking noise because of gasoline usage. Also, there was a leak in the rear window, and water came though and ruined the carpet.
While driving the back window shattered twice, felt like an explosion. When this happened, glass fell into passenger's compartment where the children were in.

While the van was parked in the driveway, rear window on the passenger's side just blew out for no apparent reason. The problem was reported to the dealership. Window will be replaced under owner's insurance. Owner concerned about a possible defect in the glass.
