Aug. 2003 the A/C turned HOT! This summer on May 27, 2003 I paid to get my A/C fixed. They asked me what was wrong and i told them it was hot. They checked my car and told me i needed a new unit. So I payed 1300.89. The next time i see them was on 6-11-03 something blew off my car when i put on max air. I called them and they told me it would be ok to drive. So drove it to the them. They said that they would not be able to fix it till the next day. They also told me that it would be okay to drive home. So I did and brought it back to them the next day. They called me at work to tell me that the problem was not under warranty. But they were going to fix it for free because we had spent alot of money with them in the past. They fixed the problem and called me to tell me that it was ready. With no questions i took my car with all the faith that they had done their job. I was wrong. Three weeks later the air started turning hot. I called them to tell them about it and they told me to bring it to them. Well with me being a mom of 4 and a wife there was no way i could let them keep my car. So August came and i called them they told me to bring it in the morning and they will take care of the problem. They never called so i called them at 4:00pm they told me they would call me back. The call never came so i called back because they close at 6:30pm on the dot. They told me that it was not on warranty. Now I put my car in the shop because my air was hot and it is still hot. I was not a very nice person. I told them that i would not give them anymore of my money. I still have hot air but they have met the mom from hell. I will never stop and i will give them hell since thats how it feels in my car.
