Rear restraints don't lock to secure passengers or child's seats. Manufacturer is aware that all 1995 Windstar restraints don't lock. Have to purchase a latch to help lock.
While in a frontal car accident seat belts did not lock into place. Also air bag did not deploy, causing injury to consumer.please provide further informaton.
While vehicle was at a stand still it was rear ended.there was a child sitting on the second row of seats restrained properly in the seat belt.but when the collision occurred, the seat belts did not lock, throwing the child into the back of the front passenger's seat and then she bounced back into her seat.please provide any futher information.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision at about 40-45 mph. Upon impact the rear restraint buckle released, causing the child, who was restrained in a css, to be tossed forward, resulting in minor injuries. The manufacturer will be contatced.
During impact the center seat/right side seat belt buckle broke, causing the seat belt to detach from the belt buckle. One person was injured in accident, the broken belt buckle caused a child to be thrown across the vehicle into side of vehicle.
