Power Steering assist fail happened at 110k miles and was diagnosed at dealer and they replaced the rack and pinion for $1,700 stating it was an all inclusive replacement. Less than 300 miles later it has failed again and they now state it is the steering column with a new estimate to follow. Vehicle has been at the dealership for 2 weeks for original repair, a week for further investigation after a code came up and now another 2 weeks to redo diagnostic evaluation. Does not have power steering and cannot be driven without great difficulty.
