The contact owns a 2015 Ford Transit connect. While driving approximately 70 mph, it began to rain and the air conditioning did not work. The sensor that read the temperature indicated minus 4 and all the windows fogged up. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road, rolled down all the windows, and waited until the rain stopped. The contact stated that the failure occurred at least twenty times. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Transit connect. The contact stated that there were several electrical failures in the vehicle. Various warning indicators flashed, the windows failed to go up and down, and the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was serviced by more than four dealers, but the failures still occurred. The first dealer was lasco Ford (2525 owen rd, fenton, mi 48430, (888) 486-1708). The second dealer was crest Ford (26333 van dyke ave, center line, mi 48015, (888) 614-2160). The third dealer was elder Ford (777 john R rd, troy, mi 48083, (888) 467-5023). The fourth dealer was Suburban Ford of sterling heights (40333 van dyke ave, sterling heights, mi 48313, (586) 268-7500). A fifth dealer (dean sellers Ford, 2600 w maple rd, troy, mi 48084, (888) 418-7132) refused to service the vehicle. A sixth dealer (royal oak Ford, 27550 woodward ave, royal oak, mi 48067, (248) 548-4100) serviced the electrical failures and brake system. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The VIN and failure mileage were not available.

All interior displays and gauges go blank while still parked or driving at any speed including highway speeds, turn signals and hazard lights fail to activate. Multiple occasions over last 4 months, increasing in frequency. Occurred multiple times during 4 hour trip on 07/17/2017. System may or may not recover, only to go blank again shortly after. Sometimes when rain sensing wipers activate. Sometimes "hill assist inactive" and traction control disabled messages on system recovery.
