I was driving back to Colorado on I-80 from Nebraska, about 30 miles east of North Plate NB. The moon roof blew off of my 2014 Ford Transit Connect van. Both my insurance company and Ford Motor are saying its the other guys problem. I complained to Ford and was told they have no programs to fix this problem, yet there has been over 5000 recalls for this exact problem. My Van is at the Ford dealership where I bought the Van.
I have called them them 3 times and they have not returned my calls.
I'm caught in the middle and no one is trying to help me resolve this problem.
