Hwy driving only , service van, total weight 4900 pounds within limits.

First tranny at 25000 kl . Problem started in cruse at 110 k down hwy when out of no ware it dropped into first gear and almost caused me to go off hwy. dealer could not find any tbls until I lost 3 gear and reverse. Replaced, new

Second tranny at 75000 kl , again started with grinding noise and loss of 3rd gear all together. Rebuilt total.

Third tranny at 98000 kl, again grinding noise in 3000 to 4000 rpm. Got to loud took it in total rebuild. The problem started again at 10400 kl. went back the dealer did not want to see me and said who is going to pay for this!! After my boss went to ford Canada and the big guys up the chain of command got involved, my van again went back for a rip apart and check. They told me they could not find any tbls. Well it seemed that the grinding noise I let the mechanic here on the test drive I took him on, that he did here , but he could not find the problems. When I got the van back they told me I will not find any grinding noise again. Well it seemed like they fixed it.

Today may 2013 I now have a grinding noise back and it is getting worse. My boss was notified... I have 111000 k

What can I say, I would not buy a van like this EVER. Note my van was out of service for over 2 weeks and that was toooooo long for a van in for service . I wonder how long a tranny shop would take?? :)
