FORD: SOME VEHICLES MAY HAVE A SHORT TO GROUND ON CIRCUIT 15-KA28 THAT FEEDS THE REAR WIPER MOTORS. VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: FRONT WIPERS ON CONTINUOUSLY (UNLESS FUSE 146 IS REMOVED), DTCS B2114 OR B1439 IN THE GEM AND A BLOWN FUSE 180. *PE
