Some 2021-2023 Transit, 2022-2023 E-Transit vehicles built on or before 17-feb-2023 may exhibit an uncommanded/erratic wipers and/or washer operation. It may also exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1131, an inoperative left headlamp, and/or inoperative horn. This may be due to a poor connection at ground G110 in the left side of the engine compartment. To correct the condition, inspect ground G110 and verify eyelet anti-rotational tab is properly located and ground fastener is properly secured. Refer to Wiring Diagram, Cell 010.
