Some 2020-2021 Transit vehicles equipped with a 3.5L Duratec and built on or before 29-Jan-2021 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with any combination of the following diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs): P02EE, P02EF, P02F0, P02F1, P02F2, and/or P02F3. This may be due to the PCM strategy. Perform a keep alive memory (KAM) reset prior any diagnostics or repairs. The KAM reset clears the KAM to a default setting rather than zero.
