Some 2020 Transit vehicles equipped with a 3.5L Duratec and built on or before 14-Jan-2020 may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp with any combination of the following diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs): P02EE, P02EF, P02F0, P02F1, P02F2, and/or P02F3. This may be due to the PCM strategy. Perform a keep alive memory (KAM) reset prior any diagnostics or repairs. The KAM reset clears the KAM to a default setting rather than zero. For claiming, use causal part 12A650 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
