Low beam bulbs burned out. I replaced them, which was awkward as the space to access them was a little small for my hands, but not too difficult. However, after replacing bulbs, low beams still didn't work. Checked all fuses and nothing was bad. Had to take it to the dealership and they said they reset a code in the Body Control Module. Dealership told me there was no way for me to fix the problem myself. 120 bucks down the drain. Currently researching a home version of the tool they use to access and reset codes. Low beams refusing to work after replacing a burned out bulb is a pretty major flaw in a vehicle imo.
