The contact owns a 2015 Ford Transit equipped with hankook dynapro tires, size: 235/65R/16 (na). The contact observed that the tread on the front passenger side tire was separating and the inner sidewall was separating on the rear driver side tire. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was confirmed that the tread and sidewall failed. The tires were rotated and the two replacement tires were placed on the front of the vehicle, and the used tires were placed on the rear. While driving at approximately 15 mph, there was an abnormal noise coming from the rear driver side of the vehicle. The contact observed that the rear driver side tire was blistering and the inner sidewall on the rear passenger side tire was separating. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was confirmed that the tires were blistering and the inner sidewall separated. The tires was replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was approximately 29,965.
