I have a 2015 Ford Transit used for business purposes. The steering pump has failed and needs replacement under warranty. The part is NOT AVAILABLE !! Ford does not have the part to replace a brand new vehicle under warranty !! UNBELIEVABLE !! The van has been parked at the dealership for almost a month and no dealer can find the part and the ETA on the part being available is "UNKNOWN".
HOW CAN THAT BE ?? I bought a $34k new commercial van from Ford and it's worthless and parked at the dealership. NO one at the dealership can do anything. I am completely and totally screwed by Ford !!!!
I have bought about 20 Ford vehicles in the past year for our fleet and the Ford Transit was a new model for us and we had bought 3 so far. We will no longer be buying Ford vehicles of any model type. Unbelievable !!
