When I first start my 2003 T Bird it will start and immediately go into limp mode. After it warms up awhile I can shut it off then restart and it functions normally. The Ford dealer said it was a defective throttle body which I replaced and this did nothing. They quoted me $860 to replace it and I bought one from Rock Auto for $212.
I have tried everything and my dealer said he did not know what to do to help me. So basically I am stuck with an unsellable car that has been garage kept its entire life and only has 29,750 fair weather miles on it.
