The instrument cluster on my T Bird continuously reset IE: all gauges go to 100% then return to zero. Took it to Ford dealer and they said the cluster needs replacing and would cost $1800. A week later they called and said the cluster is not available so they couldn't help me. I ask if I find a cluster would they replace it and they said yes. 10 minutes later I found a used cluster with over 100,000 miles on it and brought it to the dealer. They replaced the cluster which seems to work but the mileage went from 29,751 to over 100,000 and the dealer said there is nothing they can do about it.
