sir i took my 2002 thunderbird in for a oil change, it has 30600 miles garage kept. perfect condition then the dealer hit me with the repairs needed to fix the car. they said i need all the rubber joints replaced, shocks, steering ball ends everything under the car that has rubber. they entered it on the oasis now it will cont me 2500 dollars to repair or better i called ford they just laugh at me. this car was in the garage since i bought it in 2002. plus when i bought it they ripped me off i paid 10,000 dollars over mark up 39,000.00 49,000.00.i think this should be fixed at the ford dealer.i never had a car deteriorate like this.
