This is my sisters car. My husband and I decided to give her a full tune-up. No cost. My father bought top-of-the-line-crap, plugs, wires, cap, & rotor. Now since this !@#$%! tune-up the damn thing is stalling every 500 feet.
She later tells us, after blaming us, that the engine always knocked at 2-3,000 rpm. Now its knocking in idle. Now if you try to get up to 2-3,000 rpm, the knocking sounds like a piston's ass is on fire and he's trying to get the f--- out of there. In idle you can hear and watch the engine try to stall. I was told that a new fuel pumped needs to be put in effect, and that my sister and father had a piss of a time with the electrical system, and over-heating of this !@#$%! p-0-s. I was also told that one piston has bad clearance. But it all got worse, and louder, and !@#$%! stalls, since my husband and I tuned the bitch up. Maybe a clear case of it's the sh*t that keeps it together.
Any thoughts, insight, bullets, torpedos, would be of great help. Thank you, Pissed of In Connecticut
