Was driving home on city streets when the power steering suddenly went. The first few turns I could make by exerting a lot of force, but it was scary driving without the ability to react quickly to anything that might happen. In the five miles between my location and my home, the steering got worse and worse and I was using all my strength to make the final couple turns - and only able to do it at very slow speed. Car already had a hesitation in the transmission, so I consider this a career-ending injury in an 11-year old car with 136,000 miles. Very disappointed in the longevity of this vehicle.
