Vehicle was purchased Certified Pre Owned w/CPO extended 12,000 mile warranty, Took to shop for brake noise at 47,800, and they said needed rear brakes pads and rotors soon not covered under the warranty. It's going to be $500 for just the rear. Drove vehicle out to get repaired later. One month 2,000 miles later, rear passenger brakes are extremely hot, and so far I am being told bad caliper and of course pads and rotors because the caliper has been hanging up.
It's currently in a shop having the brakes looked at, I will update this site once everything is fixed. Oh by way, after an online search and you-tube video this may be a common problem with these brakes on Explorer and Taurus vehicles.
