The contact owns a 2014 Ford Taurus. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle loss motive power with the transmission not in park warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed montrose Ford located at 3960 medina rd, fairlawn, oh 44333, to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the failure was due to a blown fuse. The fuse was replaced however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer and the fuse was replaced. The mechanic informed the contact to purchase the same fuse and to keep them in the vehicle to replace if the failure recurred. The mechanic showed the contact how to replace the fuse. The manufacture was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 9.
