The MyFord Touch system is so slow, freezes all the time and nearly useless. To make matters worse, it is to difficult and expensive to replace with an after-market system. I've always been a fan Ford vehicles, but their lack of really trying to fix the issue will result in myself not buying another Ford, and I'm sure all the complaints have cost them many new customers as well. It's a real shame because the rest of the vehicle is very nice, but it's hard to enjoy it because the media center fails that bad.
