Just Recently purchasd a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited from LOCAL RESELLER IN HAYWARD CA, Six days after the purchase ;under 18 month "Warranty", the Entire Audio/Trouble ljght/ Entry Alarm System/SYNC Function/Right Front Wheel Braking System Grinding and a Plethora of Other Quirks with the Entire Climate Comtrol System and Menu have plagued this very nice looking and good riding vehicle. Also the Radio System stayw on after the Ingnition system has been disenguaged and no reset function has been located . The Name of the "Reseller" is Car Hop of Hayward on Mission Blvd. There was also no spare tire on the Trunk and they failed to provide me with one immediatly when I noticed it was missing... Told me they would call me once they "Located One" and provide it then. I'll be running a Car Fax this morning on the VIN for this auto to see if the Dealer / Reseller is just Nefarious by Design. Theyre supposed to be having Their VEHICLE REPAIR SERVICE ADDRESSING THESE CAR ISSUES TODAY;since it was Thanksgiving and they actually didnt want to address the Automotive Isues of this Senior Citizen at this time. HELP!!!!!!!
