We purchased this vehicle used with 33,000 miles in April, 2014. Brake pad broke completely apart at 36000 miles 4 months later. Ford replaced rotors and pads costing over $300. Now March, 2018, the rotors are severely gouged and brakes dragging again. Car only has 53,000 miles now. Will not be returning to Ford dealership for service without some cost adjustments. This is ridiculous.
