- 4th Generation Taurus Water Leaks - Two possible sources of water in my experience. If the heater/defroster stops blowing air, water is leaking past the windshield/cowl seal and soaking the cabin air filter. If that's not the problem and the rear windows are fogging first when it's cool outside, the rear doors might not be draining water after a heavy rain (or car wash). See the linked video for the door problem.

I just bought my 2011 Ford Taurus at the begining of May 2018. I started to notice that the trunk was leaking when we had heavy rainfall. When I popped my trunk and looked under the spare tire, there was a small puddle of water. It soaked the cover of the spare tire. I am looking for the best soluion to this probelm. I was told by the dealership that there wasn't any probelms with my car beside a sway bar bushing that needed to be replaced.
