Brake pads for the rear seem to be unusual to go first. Front brakes still have most of the pads left. Replacing the rotors is particularly annoying as they are "too thin" to machine, according to the service rep. I'm going to write Ford and complain that it's ridiculous to have to replace the rotors at 63,000 km (37,000). I'm NOT hard on brakes and a lot of the mileage is highway driving to/from Canada/Florida. If Ford doesn't give me satisfaction, it will be the last Ford I buy. I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata with similar mileage and have NO problems at all!
