After the extremely cold winter where I live, my driver`s side door latch will NOT catch, or latch closed if I lock it when the temp is under 30 degrees F. It seems OK as long as I NEVER lock it, then open it from outside. I cannot afford to replace as it will cost well over $1400 to replace the latch. Already spent more then that on crappy suspension. After seeing many others complaining of this same problem, IT IS A SAFETY PROBLEM!! Ford needs to recall this.
