Ford's representative has looked at my car and has agreed to 1/2 of the repair costs. She feels that she can't be sure that the cause was from some sort of damage. My paint pushed up and rust is bleeding out of a crack that erupted. At this point I took the car to my dealer to show them and they wondered if it could have been an impact but when additional spots started showing up around the perimeter of the roof with not cracks only brown spots raising up it became obvious that there's a problem with the metal corroding and coming through the paint. The chances of having impact damage only accruing around my sunroof and nowhere else on my car is pretty slim. I feel that she and Ford don't won't to admit that they have problem and want me to pay. The car is under warranty and I purchase an extended warranty partially because the car had a sun roof. I'm not through fight this and wonder if others have the same problem
