I bought this 2005 Ford Taurus a three months ago. Gold color, perfect condition, loaded. Less than 90 days after I had the car the transmission would start making aloud thump when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Actually after 4 days had to buy battery and 4 weeks later needed front brakes. I guess the transmission was the last straw.
The people at my church could hardly get over how perfect it looked inside and out. 150000 miles and I never thought this would be. Do not know what to do. I am making payments on the car. I am 76 years old and live on Social Security. Thank you.
